Godfrey is an accomplished senior project executive with the rare combination of strategic and hands-on skills and experience. His expertise as a project professional has been honed through engagements with Bupa, ANZ, Telstra, BHP, Department of Defense, Department of Justice, Suncorp and Virgin Blue.
Using traditional and Agile methods of execution, Godfrey has managed a diverse range of projects and programs, from deeply technical execution through to significant organisational change and redesign activities. Godfrey’s key strengths lie in the adept recovery of failing projects, his ability to address tactical and systemic problems and in his active engagement with a range of stakeholders, from board level through to frontline. Underlying all of this is a strong capability in mentoring and the development of internal capability both locally and offshore through informal and systematic uplift activity.
